Welcome!

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. I came to Scripps as a NOAA Climate and Global Change Postdoctoral Fellow in 2023, after completing my PhD in Atmospheric Sciences as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Washington. I study the role of atmosphere-ocean-ice interactions in a changing climate, and recently, the ways that atmospheric convection limits the health impacts of extreme heat. I received my B.S. in Geology & Geophysics at Yale, and studied extratropical cloud-climate interactions and links to internal variability as a guest student at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the University of Oslo.
